Your own server, one swipe away
MearVPN is a client for servers you already have, from your provider or your own machine. Add a vless:// link or a WireGuard configuration and connect on any Wi-Fi. No account, no data collection.
How it works
Four steps from a link to an encrypted connection
- 01
Get a configuration
A vless:// link or a WireGuard configuration — from your provider or your own server.
- 02
Add it to the app
Paste the link; on iPhone you can also scan a QR code or add an https subscription.
- 03
One swipe
Slide to connect — a single gesture, no extra screens.
- 04
Traffic is encrypted
The network you're on sees an encrypted stream to your server, not a list of sites.
What you get
Technical decisions, not promises
- 01
Your server, not ours
MearVPN has no servers of its own: traffic goes where your configuration points.
- 02
No data collected
No account, no analytics, no ads. Configurations and keys stay on the device.
- 03
Public Wi-Fi, handled
Hotel, café, airport: the tunnel encrypts traffic on networks you don't control.
- 04
Two protocols
VLESS over Xray with REALITY and XTLS Vision, and WireGuard in the wg-quick format.
Two protocols
Which one runs is set by the configuration you added
Xray
VLESS with REALITY and XTLS Vision: to the network, the connection looks like ordinary HTTPS.
WireGuard
A lightweight modern protocol — high speed and modest battery drain.
Frequently asked
The essentials — full list below
What does MearVPN do?
It connects your iPhone or Android phone to your own VPN server and encrypts the traffic on the way. The network you're on — hotel or café Wi-Fi, for example — sees an encrypted stream, not its contents.
Do I need my own server?
Yes. MearVPN is a client: it has no servers of its own. A vless:// link or a WireGuard configuration from the provider you rent a server from, or from your own machine, will do.
Do I need to sign up?
No. No account, no email, no in-app purchases.
Do you store my data?
No. The app sends nothing to the developer: there is no analytics, no advertising and no server of ours. Configurations and keys stay on the device. The privacy policy has the details.
